Exploration Of Current Situation And Strategies Of Enterprises Responding To Anti-dumping Investigations

After our enty into the WTO, the ever-growing foreign trade of China also brings about ever-increasing quantity of anti-dumping investigations from the foreign countries to our exporting enterprises. China has been the top country in the number of anti-dumping investigations received for 12 years. And the situation is going worse: besides the ever-increasing number of investigations, the scope of the products and the export amount involved are all increasing dramatically.Once the involved products are imposed by some country with anti-dumping tax, it not only means that the products lose this county's market directly, but also means that the products may lose other nations'markets indirectly because the large quantity of produts shifted to other nations'markets may cause other nations to take catena anti-dumping unvestigatios towards the same products, which finally cause that products to abandon the international market. All these affect directly the economy increase of the enterprise and the international balanced budget of our country.After a brief introduction of the actuality of anti-dumping investigations towards our nation in Introduction, this text studies the related countermeasures against anti-dumping investigation in both sides of legal theory (Chapter I, II, III, IV) and enterprises'practice (Chapter V). And hoping the counterplan putting forward in this thesis may offer an effective reference for the exporting enterprised facing anti-dumping investigations.
