Technological Innovation Virtual Mode Of Operation And Mechanism

The macroscopical and microcosmic environment all require those enterprises to be innovative,and being innovative unceasingly are becoming the soul of those enterprises. Urged by the fast development of computer and information technology,the framework of those enterprises is becoming flat, informationized and virtualized. Adjust to those changes, the organization pattern of technological innovation ought to change too,so as to realize lean manufacture and improve flexibility. Technological innovation will gradually become informationized, internationalized, socialized and virtualized. Vitual technological innovation will become the main pattern of future technological innovation.This dissertation probed virtual operating of technological innovation in detail.Firstly, this dissertation analyzed the technological innovation theory, including the connotation of technological innovation,main styles of technological innovation and the evolution of the process of technological innovation,so as to graspe the discipline of the evolution of technological innovation.And then induced and analyzed the existing problem of technological innovation in our country and the competitive advantage of virtual technological innovation, and illuminated the economics nature of virtual technological innovation, therefrom this dissertation proved the necessity and future prospects of virtual technological innovation. To aimed at its difficulty in coordination and management,the author suggested the subject of virtual operating of technological innovation.Secondly, this dissertation studied the construction of virtual operating mode,it goes on from the choosing of the approaches to cooperation,the choosing and optimizing of partners,to the organization operating pattern, using thoughts and concrete methods of project management often. In its key aspect--the choosing and optimizing of partners, this dissertation improved and synthesized existing methods , suggested a new kind of three stage models and proved it through case analysis.In the aspect of the organization operating pattern, this dissertation designed the organizational structure and the operating pattern and explained them through case analysis.Finally, this dissertation studied virtual operating mechanisms.On the basis of the principle of each mechanism, this dissertation designed all of these mechanisms accordingly, and explained them through case analysis.
