| Profit Model is a question every enterprise needs to consider and study. Profit-model absence, unclear or unaccommodating to social environment will make one enterprise face a ruinous disaster. As the famous Chinese environmental protection enterprise, Ningbo De'an Environmental Protection Company fell into the difficulties in developing and even surviving because of neglecting the profit model and operation strategy. Accordingly, this paper attempts to make certain study on the profit model of Ningbo De'an Environmental Protection Company, and searching a number of practical ideas to optimize its model.This is an analytical case study about Ningbo De'an Environmental Protection Company. On the basis of the theories of profit model by employing SWOT, Value Chain, Profit Capability and other analytical tools, I investigated the operation and management condition of Ningbo De'an, and therefore discovered problems in the Company's current profit model, which is an unstable pattern of "Knowledge Model"+ "Integrated Value Chain Model" . Moreover, I advised "Channel Model+ Value Chain +Product Model", which will optimize the Company's core competence, to activate capital operation, and reorganize the management structure and operation flow.The paper possess two prominent characteristics: First, based on profound expatiating upon the theories of profit-model and using Management methodologies synthetically, a deep analysis about Ningbo De'an's profit model has been contributed. Second, the paper has taken De'an as a practical example to raise revolutionary idea of "Channel Model+ Value Chain +Product Model" as the profit-model. |
