Industry Cluster Flow Of Knowledge Model And The Process Analysis

As an key process during the knowledge management actions, knowledge flows has become one of the important basis for industry clusters to build competitive superiority. Recently the research on the way and the process of knowledge flows to industry cluster is little. On the basis of sufficiency understanding of the theory about knowledge flow to industry cluster, this thesis uses for reference of topology structure and knowledge networks, researches stakeholder behavior, establishes the knowledge flow model to industry cluster on the topology structure.Firstly, this thesis researches the connotation of knowledge flow to industry cluster connotation, and analyses the types and influence factor of knowledge flow to industry cluster, so confirms four knowledge stakeholders: enterprises, scientific institution, common departments, upstream and downstream, then contrastively analyses the existence model of knowledge flow to industry cluster; this thesis analyses four knowledge stakeholder behavior of industry cluster on the basis of the analysis: between the enterprise and upstream or downstream, knowledge flow is the explicit knowledge flows which is the carrier of technology and equipment, between the enterprise and scientific institution or common departments, knowledge flow is the explicit knowledge flow which is the carrier of objects and the tacit knowledge flow which is the carrier of persons, between the enterprises, knowledge flow is the tacit knowledge flow which is the carrier of persons, this thesis use for reference of topology structure and knowledge networks, constitutes the way of knowledge flows to industry cluster on the basis of topology structure, including the way of tree shape topology structure, the way of loop shape topology structure, the way of net shape topology structure, combining the three way we construct the topology structure model of knowledge flows to industry cluster, Secondly, this thesis deeply analyses the model of knowledge flows to industry cluster, and researches the process which knowledge suppliers conducts knowledge or the process which knowledge requires accepts knowledge, confirms four approach of knowledge flows to industry cluster among the enterprise, common institute, the technology knowledge diffusion, the persons flow, and analyses obstacle factor of the course; finally, this thesis analyses the stakeholders behavior and the process of knowledge of engineering industry cluster in Changsha, and proves the model which we design, further more, this thesis points out the deficiency and future research direction.
