We can say that it is an assurance of developing stably to establish an Endowment Insurance suited to the actual conditions of itself country. With the society transform and the aging of population, the guarantee function of land in country weakens continuously, the diversification of employment of urban residents. At present, the development of the social endowment insurance business can't satisfy an urgent need of people who are in the low income stratum, large rural residents and some social minority communities also haven't brought into to the current social endowment insurance system, the existing endowment insurance system faces rigorous situation gradually.According to the realities of China's national conditions and other experts, scholars, research results, this thesis uses the methods of canonical analysis, comparative analysis and some other scientific methods to put forward some rational and basic concept of the maneuverability as to the some problems which appeared in the process of constructing the harmonious endowment insurance system between the urban and rural areas, which expectantly to promote the harmonious development of the society guarantee system. The thesis is divided into three parts:For the first part, elaborating the general theories of the endowment insurance of the our country, which is including the definition, characteristic, principle and its mode of the endowment insurance and the trend of future reform development.For the second part, describing the history development of the endowment insurance system and its present development in the urban and rural areas. At the same time, adopting the comparative analysis to distinguish the difference of the endowment insurance system between urban and rural areas.For the third part, from the height of carrying out The scientific concept of development and setting up the harmonious society, the writer analysis the necessity,the feasibility and the present main difficulties in constructing the harmonious endowment insurance system between urban and rural areas. At last, the writer puts forward to constructing the basic concept of the harmonious development of the endowment insurance system between the urban and rural areas from seven aspects.
