With the deterioration of the global environment, the awareness of health care was increased gradually. Anti-malignant neoplasms (cancer) and health care products produced and sold well in the international and domestic market, especially for the products which contained Coenzyme Q10, Taxol and Docetaxel.This paper took the establishment of enterprise which produced Coenzyme Q10, Taxol and Docetaxel as background; Used environmental analysis theory, five analytical models to analyze the external and internal environment of the enterprise; Then brought forward the corresponding strategies and countermeasures.Chapter I briefly introduced the situation of cancer in domestic and abroad, as well as the status of the three products in the role of cancer prevention; Based on the introduction of this project, this paper illuminated the practical significance.The second chapter recommended relevant theories, including environmental analysis theory, five of analytical models and marketing portfolio theory.Chapter III presented the background, the organizational structure of the enterprise, and production processes. It is also an internal environment analysis in the view of strategy.Chapter IV analyzed environmental factors, such as industry, government with PEST. Based on the analysis of the market size, this paper forecasted products demand, and subdivisioned the group of consumers.According to the products, Chapter V analyzed existing competitors, potential competitors, and substitute competitor with Porter's five competitive forces model.Chapter VI presented countermeasures and strategies according to the marketing and environmental risks on the basis of the external environment analysis.The success of a project is due to the scientific studies; Thus, Chapter VII estimated and forecasted the income and expenditure, analyzed the profitability of the project.This paper started with the industry presentations, marketing, production and operation, competition and financial risk analysis and risk control, followed by business planning and the overall market environment analysis, used scientific risk analysis methods and detailed financial data support, put forward measures of marketing and countermeasures of risk, analyzed the feasibility of the project. So it proved the reasonableness and the economic effectiveness of this projects. This paper would have certain reference to the new enterprises, especially for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
