In the early stage, SQ Company only pay attention on it's scale extension, so there is much resistance on it's continuous developing way and the competence to withstand risk of market furious fluctuation is poor for it's single chain of industry and frequently struck by the market.Through analyzing overseas and domestic energy sources complexion and competition manner, this paper has addressed that promoting corporation's competition ability by integration and cooperation strategy.
