Balance Of Interests Of Rural Public Goods Supply Mechanism

The supply of public goods in rural areas is the source of the "Sannong" problem. At present there are many problems in the supply of public goods in rural areas. Many scholars from various systems such as the settlement of the problem made recommendations. In this paper, the status of the supply of public goods in the rural areas is analysised. I think the interest conflict of the supply is the deep reason to get an efficient supply difficultly. To resolve the problem should first understand the problem. Therefore, this paper from some factors to analysis the interest of the supply activities of the public goods in rural, include villagers interest with government interest, government interest with public organizations interest, Long-term interests and the present interests, public organization interest with villagers interest, Central Government interests with local government interest. And then construct the interest balance of the supply of public goods. At last from balance the interest to achieve the last goal that improve the level of the supply of the public goods in rural areas.
