A marketing channel is a series of interdependent organizations involved in the process of making a product or service available for use or consumption. The originator of goods or services gains access to a market through marketing channels and so marketing channels are the critical element for a company to win competitive advantage.In recent years, more and more foreign machine-electronic product comes into Chinese market, and established competitive advantage rapidly. In addition to the brand advantage, appropriately using marketing strategy especially channel strategy is one of the important factors for imported product in reaching the achievement. It provides a good opportunity for us to learn from. By using basic principles of marketing channels management, the thesis analyses and researches the channel strategy of America Fluke Corporation (abbreviated as Fluke) and some competitors deeply and systematically. Hope it can provide some practical experience in channel management for industrial marketing operators.
