The compensation system is an important component of establishing the modern enterprise system. It has further influences on the achievement of all the strategic goals, the promotion of the competitive advantage and the stimulation of job motivation. It has been an important topic for the enterprise to design a set of compensation system that is scientific, reasonable for the realization of strategic goals of the enterprise. Therefore, how to set up the practicable compensation system has become the most important, urgent and arduous task.This thesis studies the compensation management system of C group that is a diversified business enterprise as a research object. At the analytical foundation of strategy and the human resource conditions to the enterprise, the article begins from the present condition of the C group compensation system. Through the theories analysis and the compensation investigation, it discovers that the compensation system exists the compensation structure absurdity, the compensation level to deviate the market level, the compensation satisfaction not high etc. Facing these problems, this text puts forward the plan. The first, the compensation strategy must adapt the enterprise strategy. The second, through the compensation investigation, it must decide reasonable compensation level. The third, according to job evaluation and the different work, it must take different compensation structure. The fourth, for promoting the stimulation function of the compensation system, bonus must associate with performance assessment. The fifth, it must provide the various welfare item, and satisfies the characteristic need of workers. Under the way of thing, the paper puts forward the basic process and the principles of the compensation system. Through the work analysis, job evaluation and compensation investigation, it divides the compensation classes, and carrys on the compensation grades, and designs a set of compensation project that adapts the enterprise itself characteristics.
