Thinking About Building A Harmonious Socialist New Countryside

Social harmony is the essence attribute of socialist with Chinese characteristics , and is an important guarantee for the prosperity of the country, rejuvenation of the nation and the happiness of the people. At present, to build a new harmonious socialist countryside is the key to building of a harmonious socialist society .Because there is no rural development, there can be no development of the whole society; no rural well-off, there can be no an overall well-off; no rural harmony, there can be no harmony of China.As we all know, for a long time, the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been the key issues of deciding the process of building a well-off society and modernization process, as well as overall fundamental issues of the development of the cause of the party and the people. The agriculture is vigorous, the basis is then strong; the farmers are rich, the country is then prosperous; countryside is stability, the society is peaceful for then. In the course of about 30 years'development of reform and opening up, gigantic change has happened in rural society in our country. The lives of farmers have been improved unceasingly, democratic rights have been strengthened constantly, the spiritual and cultural life has been enriched unceasingly, and the appearance of village has been changed unceasingl.However, in this process, many disharmonious factors have been also appeared in the rural economy, politics, culture, society, ecologyand party building. That disharmony exists for a long time, make agriculture become the largest weak industry in China, the peasant become the largest vulnerable groups in China, rural area become the largest poverty area in China; The condition is making a part of peasants be in the"non-farm, non- working, non-social security"state; making the rural areas really poor, farmers really hard, agricultural really dangerous. These disharmonious factors not only constraint, hamper the rural economic prosperity, political democracy, cultural development, ecological harmony, and social progress, and party building, but also restrict the development, progress and overall harmony of the whole society, and impact on the security and stability of the whole society. Thus, he degree of development and harmony of rural areas plays an important role to the harmony of the whole community. Therefore, the building of a new harmonious socialist country is related to the last and rapid and healthy development of the national economy being able to come true or not, is related to a well-off society construction being able to come true or not, is related to country being able to achieve long-term stability or not, is related to harmonious socialist society being able to build successfully or not.Therefore, the correct analysis and understanding of China's current rural disharmonious factors can be make great efforts to eliminate or reduce these discordant factors, people-oriented , concerning with people's livelihood, respecting for human rights, expanding democracy and cultivating people's wisdom, building new harmonious socialist countryside, become a major issue to be resolved.In this paper, the construction of a new socialist countryside and building a harmonious socialist society are organically integrated, and find a strategic combination of the two, that is building of a new harmonious socialist countryside. This paper surround one centre of building new harmonious socialist countryside, take disharmonious factors that exists in rural area in our country at present as visual angle, discussed in three parts. On the first part, it is discussed that the new harmonious socialist countryside is the core objectives of the construction of the new socialist countryside. It is drew a conclusion that the essence of a new socialist countryside is to come true rural harmony through the analysis of the content of new socialist countryside; discuss the standard of a new harmonious socialist countryside; analyze the objective necessary and the feasibility of reality to building of a new harmonious socialist countryside more comprehensively. The second part discuss disharmony of China's rural society from five fields: the economic, culture, politics, society and party building, analyze the causes of disharmony deeply and comprehensively. The third part put forward the proposed countermeasures about the building of a new harmonious socialist countryside. Through this study, I hope to provide useful lessons to the building of a new harmonious socialist countryside and building a harmonious socialist society.
