One of the basic features of modern enterprise system is the separation of ownership and operation, in other words, separation of shareholders and stakeholders. There are discrepancies on the objective between the shareholders who have the ownership of the enterprise and the stakeholders (include directors, managing group, supervisors, called entrepreneurs) who are in charge of operation, it is an undoubted fact. Shareholders invest on enterprises, it is assumed that the objective of a business is to maximize the value of the firm. On the other hand, the stakeholders are in charge of inner information, they are considered as an 'interest group', what do they really want? The point raised in this dissertation is that stakeholders seek for what is good for themselves. This dissertation will then explore that stakeholders seek for the maximum of firm size. Since with the expanding of it, they expect to get almost whatever they want, including materiality and spirit pursuit. Based on other authors' opinion, this dissertation makes demonstration research and verification on the stakeholders' firm size tendency and develop that there is not contradictory between shareholders and stakeholders. Moreover, stakeholders' firm size tendency can also stimulate other objectives to some extend. Nevertheless, firm size tendency has some passive influence in practice. With combination of theory and practice, this dissertation gives advice on stakeholders' firm size tendency. It is hoped that all of the objectives of stakeholders, shareholders and enterprises could be unified, enterprises would develop in a high speed way.
