In the knowledge economy era, it is an important factor for a corporation to maintain competitive that its employees would like to endeavor and contribute their brightness. So corporations should inspire the staff's work will with stimulant policies to improve their loyalty and commitment.As a complex process, organizational motivation is affected by many factors. Corporation culture is chosen as an influence factor in this research to study how the corporation culture influence the inducement (stimulation factors) and the impact (the relation between stimulation factors and organizational commitment) by comparing the corporations in Jiangsu and Taiwan. To achieve this purpose, 10 months have been spent to investigate and interview in Jiangsu and 2 months in Taiwan.14 cross-Straits'knowledge enterprises had been researched. A total of 900 survey forms were were delivered and 582 valid survey forms were returned. Through statistical analysis and interview with staff, the conclusions of the present empirical study are as the following:1. There are significant differences between Jiangsu and Taiwan in corporation culture, stimulation factors and organizational commitment.2. The factors of corporation culture not only influence the stimulation factors, but also influence the organizational motivation impact. But different culture factors'influences to organizational motivation are different, and the same culture factor's influences to organizational motivation are different between the cross-Straits'samples.3. Culture factors'influences to organizational motivation are stronger in Taiwan sample than in Jiangsu sample.4. In order to make corporation culture improve the organizational motivation, and achieve employees'commitment, corporation should combine their endeavor with their environments.
