Leader-Member Exchange is becoming one more and more important topic in the I/O Psychology. China is a relationship-orientation country. Interpersonal relationships play important roles in people's life.The purpose of the present study is to investigate the LMX quality of the employees and several influence tactics. We also explored the relationships between LMX relationship quality and jobs satisfaction. With the sample made up of 100 company employees, the main results of study are listed as follows:1. In Chinese culture context, the Leader-Member Exchange has multiple dimensions including affect, loyalty, and contribution.2. In general, the LMX quality of present employees is positive and in an above-middle level. T he differences among three dimensions of LMX quality are very significant. The loyalty is the most important dimension.3. The LMX quality of employees is significantly different in several demographic variables such as gender, age, education, position experience, dyadic tenure, organization nature and so on.4. LMX quality has significant influence on job satisfaction. The loyalty is the most important factor.
