With China's rapid economic development and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises began to realize that effective marketing channels is an important condition for obtain long-term competitive advantage. As the development and intensified competition of marketing channel conflicts, more and more corporate are becoming concern about this problem. Marketing channel conflicts are the main contents of marketing channel management. So any channel conflict may result in great loses.The Objective of this article is to handle the problem of the conflict of marketing channel and assess the performance of the channel. By the social intern in different companies, 1 have learned that the conflict of marketing channel would break great negative impact and damage to the channel. So I hope to find the right ways to handle this problem by doing some research about the theory of marketing and empirical study. The conflicts of marketing channel have become a tough problem that every enterprise has to face to. By writing this article I hope can give practical methods to improve the efficiencies of marketing channel.The innovation of this article is to put forward the system of marketing channel assessment on the basis of specific methods to handle the conflicts. We hope the channel conflicts can be weaken or stopped by asses both the whole channel and individual dealers.
