Animation Business Marketing Strategy

As the development of the economics and living standard,The industry of animation gradually becomes one of the most important components of the state economy, the enterprise and the marketing strategies it adopts, takes very important promoted effect in the industrial development. Since long,some developed country like Europe, America, Japan and so on pay more attention to the development of the animation industry, attach more importance to how to take marketing strategy and promote the animation product. Our country also takes attention to the development of the animation now ,the industry of animation holds very great proportion in the total national economy(about 10.3%), certainly in another word, it creates enumerous world-known brands, has brought infinite business opportunities.In the recent years, although our country's animation industry obtained a very big development, it has the numerous problems in the marketing aspect, which cannot satisfy the consumer's unceasing demand, it also influences the whole economic benefits of our animation industry, which has become the weakness in the economic development process, therefore how to work out the marketing plan of the animation enterprise effectively becomes the focal point in the academic circle. The goal of this article is to analyze the entire industrial chain of the animation then absorb the advanced experience of the foreign countries, so as to develop the industry of animation of our country, strengthen the competitive power of the enterprise.First I elaborate the domestic and foreign experts' viewpoints, according to the classification and the conception of the animation product, then illustrate the existence and importance of animation products. In the next step I analyze the national support policies regarding the animation. Finally through understooding the case of the experience economy ,franchise and profit from the successful experiences of the outstanding animation enterprises, I bring forward some problems in the marketing process, then propose a few corresponding solutions and opinions about these questions, I think it may promote the development smoothly of these enterprises of animation.
