Along with the resident living standard's enhancement, the holiday economy, such as Golden Week has already become a hot public consumption which the common people expend. And the relative concentration of the festive time of the rich folk culture, folklore, expense enthusiasm of consumer, is the precious resources which the advertisement operation pursues vigorously. Therefore, by taking advantage of the holiday culture, the economy and the same strain as the festive holiday advertisements for its participation in numerous businesses and put in intensive reunification, customs and culture has strong pursuit of the characteristics of warm and concern. This article uses the reversion logic method of reasoning, by analyzing the festivals and advertising characteristics and definitions respectively, summarizes the characteristics of advertising festival, and attempts gives this new type of advertising under a more precise definition. Meanwhile, this article unified the holiday advertising examples from the cultural science, folklore, rituals and ceremony's study, and made the detailed and accurate SWOT analysis in order to elaborate by using the uniqueness of holiday culture and the folk custom culture. This kind of particular form of advertising, under the influence of the festival concept development, and in this course of development, as an economic phenomenon and cultural phenomenon high degree of unity in the economic behavior of the impact on consumers.
