Developed producer services has become the significance of a country or a region's economic development and an important driving force for economic development level, and an important indicator of the standard of living level.E group as an integrated supplier of precious industrial parts and accessories is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture and sales of bearing, cutting tool and fastener. Now the company has gained a powerful competition advantage for the market share in China --one of the rapidly developing economic systems in the world. Through its own analysis on itself and the external environment, the company made a new strategy, that is: the three major product as the foundation, the capital market as the source, new marketing channels as the platform, make E group to be the three-in-one interaction in products, capital and channels. To be an integrated supplier and marketing channel of precious industrial parts and accessories is mainly engaged in the design, manufacture and sales of bearing, cutting tool and fastener. This strategy statement express that the E group will develop its business toward producer services.In this study, E group is taken as the main subject to explore the traditional manufacturing enterprises. We will make research on how to develop producer services and a new business model. This paper is divided into ten chapters. The chapter 1 describes the background and significance of the research, the framework of the research, as well as the issues. The chapter 2 is about the original business model. On the basis of this analysis, the clear issue of this paper: E group need to integrate customer resources and production resources through innovative business models and unified service platform. In order to solve the issue, we should first solve that how to design the business model or platform to integrate resources, how to make the specific implementation plan, what is the risk of new business models. Those are the problem to be solved.Chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5 show the analysis of this issue. In the third chapter, the resources of E group were evaluated firstly. Major resources have been assessed by using the"utilization-transferability" matrix. It proved that E can reach the capacity of developing the new business model. The chapter 4, 5, 6 shows the analysis of original business model, the product framework, industry trends, the industry's key influencing factors, competitive analysis, and demand-supply analysis. This will enable that the new business model was designed on a full understanding of the industry. The chapter 7 shows the analysis of business model in the various parts and components manufacturing industry. And then the paper selects the models enterprises, and gives in-depth studying on that model.The new business model was designed in the Chapter 8. The new business model is integrated product providers in parts manufacturing industry (including manufacturing and product distribution) + "one-stop" service providers. The chapter 9 introduces the new business model construction and implementation, and also provides the risk analysis and proposed countermeasures of the new business model. The chapter 10 is the conclusion, so it summarizes the main content and significance.The vital significance of this paper is to help enterprises to understand of the current macro-economic environment, understand the industry trend, understand corporate resources, and formulate a strategic development plan. This paper also has some reference value.
