Systematic Dynamics Research On Technology Transfer Market

With China's sustainable development, China's international competitiveness in science and technology is facing severe challenges. The assessment results from Lausanne, Switzerland, the International Development Research Institute (IMD) in recent years show that: the rank of the international competitiveness of China in 2003 is 29th, the rank of 2004 is 24th, the rank of 2005 is 31th, and the rank of 2006 increased to 18. The ranks accurately reflect the current China's scientific and technological development in the international arena.China's scientific and technological competitiveness could be attributed to many reasons, such as R & D funding, scientific and technological achievements output capacity, insufficient investment in science and technology, enterprise output of scientific and technological achievements.One of the most important reasons is technology transfer among enterprises and universities.In this paper, the author analyzed several impacts of technology transfer performance, established technology transfer system dynamics model and analyzed the dynamics simulations of different factors affecting the market for technology transactions role in the situation.This paper could be divided into three parts:(1) In the first part, quantitative method was used to discuss the impact of technology transactions in all major factors: economic growth, R & D investment, intellectual property rights protection, contract structure, and technology intermediate. This paper studies found that the economic growth of investment in fixed assets in particular is a significant factor; R & D investment for the technology market also exists a certain role in promoting this. At the same time, protection of intellectual property rights and technology market transactions are positive correlation. The relationship between the degree of incomplete contracts and technology transfer performance are a negative correlation. The development of intermediary is one of the main reasons for the development of technology transfer.(2) On the basis of the factor talked above, the author took Beijing as an example to establish technology transfer market system dynamics model. The relation between IPRs and technology transfer performance and the relation between intermediation factor and technology transfer performance are analyzed. And we came to the conclusion that we can improve technology transfer performance through improve the efficiency of intermediation effectively.(3) Because the technology intermediate plays a very important role in China technology transfer market, in the third part we discuss how to improve technology intermediate efficiency through an in-depth analysis of Madison Chamber of Commerce case.
