Kunming Automotive Maintenance Industry Association Development Strategies

At present, our country is passing through a significant period in the history; industry association is playing an increasingly important role in state's economic development. This thesis is about the study of the vehicle maintenance industry and the industry association, discussing what kind of role the industry association will play and how to function properly so as to promote the development of Kunming vehicle maintenance industry in a period of improving and establishing socialist market economy and socialist harmonious society.The author has carried out collection, classification, comparison and analysis on the research achievements of foreign and domestic industry association. While the study of the latest achievement and issues are undergoing, the author also studies the current development and major types of China's industry association and that of Kunming city. After the study on the development and the existing problems of Kunming vehicle maintenance industry association, the author proposed the theoretical hypothesis as follows:The development of industry association will promote the development of relevant industry; the smaller the association, the bigger the need for the industry association; the higher the expectation the member have , the less satisfaction they have with the existing status. The stronger the monopoly the association member gets, the lower their expectation. Insufficient service function of association is the main reason which leads to the dissatisfactions of enterprises towards the association. Proofs of the above hypothesis are carried out on solid facts and statistical analysis.The author collects relevant information of Kunming vehicle maintenance industry and carries out statistical analysis on them by means of actual proof and statistical analysis. After finding out the main problems affecting the development of Kunming vehicle maintenance, the author gives out strategies against those problems.
