China Coal Mine Accident Research, The Relevance Of The Property Rights System

In recent years, multifarious coalmine accident has influenced the stability and national prestige of our country. It has also affected the society to be harmonious and developmental. The domestic and foreign experts have done massive research on the coalmine accident from different aspects these years. After analyzing the results of massive research, this paper points out that the former studies have neglected to analyze the property right mechanism of coalmine accident occurred. Based on the theory of property right, this paper firstly reconstructs the model of reasons leading to coalmine accident and analyzes the function of property right to coalmine accident from different aspects, such as the arrangement of macroscopic property right system, the property right of enterprise, the property right of labor force and so on. Then this paper analyzes several examples about arrangements of coal mine property right of main countries in the world.
