Weifang Power Supply Company Quality Management System

This thesis is based on the project of Weifang Power Supply Company carrying out the ISO 9001:2000 standard in 1998, which was established the TPE management system in 2005.First, the ISO 9001:2000 standard and TPE management system are made a careful research in the thesis.Secondly, large researches have been carried out in accordance with the inadequacies of the ISO 9001:2000 standard which exist in the operation.and the practical situation of Weifang Power Supply Company. According to the research, I help them establish TPE management system and get my own comprehension of it: inspection and evalution should be monitored in the application of TPE management system; the validity of TPE management system has been analysed from three aspects: the internal checking, the managemnet evaluation and the degree of customer satisfaction, to find out the projects which are not accordant to the requirement.At last, using the advanced experience of other countries for reference and combining the practical situation of the management model power supply company, the evaluating index system toward two-dimensional coordinate is put forward which is suitable for the national electric fence company. With the system, we can carry out a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the cost and achievement.
