Hengshui China Railway Construction Quality Management System Optimization

The famous quality management scientist Professor Juran, in the national qualitymeeting ever said that “the21st century is the century of quality.” The quality issues havebeen concerned by all over the world. In recent years, product quality issues have alsobeen caused widespread concern in our country.Firstly, this paper introduced the all phases development of quality management andthe main ideas of every phase development of quality management,and also introduced thequality management development in our country.Then, introducing this paper’s theoretical basis, this article from the point systemmovement scope to research the quality management issues,including, the the systeminput point, the system operation, the system output ports, from three aspects to do thequality management, so as to make quality management system formed.Finally, take Hengshui China Railway Construction Rubber of Engineering used Co.,Ltd. as the research object for empirical research. Through field surveys and analyzesquality management problems in the enterprise production system form the input port, themiddle port and the output port.According to the specific situation of the company do the study as follows,1) Usingthe improved ABC classification separately the raw material in two dimensions o fromdemand and the degree of importance into nine categories, while according to thecharacteristics and nature of raw materials establish four kinds of supplier relations;2)Building up quality of performance evaluation mechanism in the production process whilebuilding up employee satisfaction degree evaluation mechanisms;3) Construction ofCustomer Satisfaction Evaluation System, using the questionnaire, AHP and fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method.From the three ports improvement to make the qualitymanagement system optimized.
