It is indicated that different processes can make different results.Extreme Programming (XP) is a new, lightweight software developing approach appeared in recent years. It is fit for the small or medium project. XP uses rapid feedback and high-bandwidth communication to maximize delivered value, via an on-site customer, a particular planning approach, and constant testing.In this paper, we describe the process developing the Material Plan and Handling System, using eXtreme Programming models.
