Based on auto industry logistics systems plan and logistics management experience, combining latest international logistics development status, it is put forward that the logistics ANDON system should be established to realize material information quickly transferring between production line and warehouse in order to meet synchronization logistics requirements.The article introduces the way of rebuilding enterprise production logistics with on site IE technology. Analyzing auto company realistic situations and summarize current development of the field-bus technology, the design program of logistic ANDON system is established. It is put forward that the InterBus fieldbus technology can be used to realize logistics ANDON system. The article describes in detail the characteristics of the InterBus fieldbus technology, the selection of system hardware and its configuration, the programming way of thinking on computer managing software, the programming method as well as its developing platform. The difficult of the development of the system is how to realize the information exchange between the field-bus equipment and external LED big screen. It is presented how to realize software and hardware methods with a single computer. In the development of upper-level computer managing software, Kingviex 6.0 has been applied, through the OPC Server, to read the data from main. line, to realize the functions of real-time monitoring, data collecting, data communicating, data inquiring, and printing etc..The implementation of the system shows that the ANDON system can improve the production controlling and the operational efficiency in the company, and realizes Synchronous Material Flow and Lean Production.
