Hunan Electronic Information Logistics Management Problems And Countermeasures

Based on the external environmental analysis for the development of electronic information, and in the introduction analysis from the development of Hunan electronic information industry and the modern logistics industry, we study on the mainly problems of logistics and countermeasures of the electronic information enterprises in Hunan. The mainly studies include the following four major areas:Firstly, we study on the development of modern logistics of the electronic information industry. Logistics have produced for nearly a century of time and logistics management activities have experienced a wide range of changes and developments to promote the development of logistics in theory and practice. Strengthening logistics management of the electronic information enterprises is significant, primarily in the improvement of their status and role of the investment environment, promoting industrial upgrading, expanding profit margins to improve core competitiveness, and so on.Secondly, we study on the development of logistics issues of the electronic information enterprises in Hunan. The mainly problems and causes of Hunan logistics performance show that, the lack of overall logistics planning for development, the outdated equipment and technology infrastructure, logistics management talent shortage, the low of logistics information level, and lack of regular assessment of logistics services.Thirdly, we study on the countermeasures of the development of the logistics of the electronic information enterprises in Hunan. Improving the formulation of policies and regulations including logistics planning, improving logistics industry policies, the implementation of logistics and guide policy. Strengthening the logistics management services including logistics development strategies and plans, integrated logistics resources. Optimizating of logistics services including broadening their service areas, and improving the logistics services provided differences.At last, it is to analysis the case of the electronic information industry warehouse distribution center construction projects in Hunan. The electronic information industry warehouse distribution center construction projects in Hunan specific policies proposals are including positioning clearly projects, providing support services, creating service platform, and building information systems.
