In the course of the urbanization, a great deal of land isconfiscated and thus make out thousands upon thousands peasants losingtheir land which is the most and even the only resource for them to livingby, the living styles and develop styles are also changed during thisphase, a lots of peasant may faced a fact that they have to be the newunemployed man in the urban as well as just losing land due to theirlacking in education and working skill.The social security system have played an important role in solvingthe living standard of landless-farmer incontestably, compared with theother method in solving the problem, the characteristics of the socialsecurity system such as insufficient in compensation, inkling of thebeneficiary and illegal distribution hold back the function that the socialsecurity system should use to safeguard the rights of the landless-farmer.This paper discussed the insurance safeguard the rights of thelandless-farmer, the actuality of the landless-farmer and the reason thatmake the farmer landless are analyzed deeply, based on the researchmentioned above, the shortcomings of the social security system nowapplied are listed subsequently, the characteristics and predominance ofthe insurance are also written to compare with the social security system,with analyzed and research in several aspects, the feasibility andadvantage of insurance in solving the living standard of landless-farmerare described at the end of the article. |
