A Study On Plan & Public Information Platform Design Of Wuhan Yangluo Logistics Park

The emergence of the logistics park has greatly promoted the rapid development of the logistics industry in Japan,Germany and other developed countries.According to the authoritative German study,the next 10 years,even in Japan and Germany,so the transport of highly developed countries,the construction of the logistics park will flourish in the period.In China,the logistics park's development is at an early stage,the large and medium-sized cities have start substantial,positive and useful theoretical exploration and practice attempt.As these logistics park planning and construction,China's modern logistics industry will greatly accelerate the pace of development.Wuhan Yangluo Zone is province-level development zone in Hubei.Yangluo is 20 km from the center of Wuhan City,and it's the east door of Wuhan.In the process of Wuhan building an international commitment,Yangluo plays an important role.The expressway around the city connected Beijing-Shenzhen,Beijing-Kowloon railway and Beijing-Zhuhai,Shanghai-Chengdu highway cross Yangluo zone.Yangluo and the Wuhan Tianhe Airport only 20 minutes by car,the district airports also have been in operation. Yangluo port is the best deep port in the middle of the Yangtze River,which can reach the Pacific Ocean.The better transport conditions of Yangluo Zone in favor of construction of the logistics park.Using modern logistics knowledge,learning from experience in the development of domestic and international logistics park,from the location,facilities,economy, industrial support,intelligence support and so on,the paper analyzed the basic conditions of modern logistics industry development in Wuhan City and Yangluo Zone.On this basis, it proposed planning and construction of Yangluo Logistics Park's guiding ideology and accordingly prepared Yangluo Logistics Park master development plan.At the same time, it specialized public information platform needs and the functions of constituent elements of Yangluo park and proposed functional design,structural design and mode of operation of the platform.Finally,from the government,industry,enterprises and other different levels,it put forward a series of policy proposals for Yangluo to promote the development of the logistics park.On how to achieve objectives of Yangluo logistics park,the paper proposed views of phased implementation.
