Assessment Study, Based On High-tech Enterprise Value Of The Venture Capital

As so far, almost in all theories and demonstration research, thevalue of the enterprise management team merely present to the censorand appraisement of the venture enterprise. So how to inosculate thevalue of the enterprise management team in the value evaluation ofenterprise in order to provide sustaining for the venture capital company'sinvestment decision-making.Firstly, analyzed the research background of the paper, pointed outthe researching purpose, sense, contents and methods.Secondly, summarized the venture capital theories of inside andoutside of our country, made matting for the following research.Thirdly, based on the value evaluation model of venture projectwhich formed by professor Tyebjee and Bruno and according to theactuality of our country's venture capital, In this paper, we improved thatmodel and established a new value evaluation model which is fit for ourcountry. The model inosculates the value of the enterprise managementteam in the value evaluation of the enterprise. Using the AnalyticHierarchy Process to get the standard weighted of all index, giving outthe score rule and distinguishing according, so the model have strongfeasibility, it has an important meaning in theory and reality for theventure capital operation.Then, as an case , used a high-tech enterprise—Chang sha carry weighted-labour limited company verifying the availability of the newmodel and pointed out the deficiency of the model.In the end, summed up the whole paper and pointed out the waywhich canbe researched in the future.
