Study Of Forest Resource Revenue-sharing System

The Revenue Institution of forest resources is an important component of the system of state-owned assets income. It is an important manifestation of ownership in the allocation of national resources. According to article 3 of PRC Forestry Law, the forest resource belongs to the state, except that belongs to the collective by law. Therefore, in this stage, in the case of separation of land ownership and use, in order to have access to the right to use the land, it is reasonable for the operators to pay rent to the land owners. Forest resources can be divided into two parts: natural forest resources without exploitation of human labor and plantation resources through the formation of human labor. Forest landscape resources are the physical form of derivative resources of trees, woodlands and other forest resources. Forest resource prices as the monetary value of forest resources, is the share ownership of forest resource owners. In essence, the charted right price of forest landscape resources is the price of a right to hold the forest landscape resources for a certain period.In recent years, as the continuous deterioration of the ecological environment, sustainable development has been referred to the society's agenda. The so-called sustainable development does not only meet their own needs and development, but also does not compromise the ability of future generations. Forests are the main terrestrial ecosystems and the sustainable development of forest resources and are the base for the sustainable development of human society. Therefore, it is of paramount significance in building a reasonable revenue institution of forest resources.This paper proceeds to the main line of forest resource ownership. In view of the three important components of forest resources-forest resources, forest resources and forest scenery resources, in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development by applying the methods and empirical analysis and comparative study of the combination of standardized analysis, the author creatively put forwards some specific design ideas of China's forest resources.
