Tourist Attractions Based On Circular Economy Development

With the rapid development of the world's tourism industry, resource andenvironmental concerns arising from tourism scenic resort are becoming anincreasingly serious issue. How to resolve the tension between thedevelopment of tourism scenic resort and resource, environment protectionand to achieve the sustainable development has now become a task facingthe entire world. The Recycling Economy is a new theory that was putforward late last century to achieve the "win-win" situation for both theeconomic development and environment protection. It is a way to achievesustainable economic and social development. In this thesis, the authorattempts to apply the theory and methodology of the Recycling Economy tothe tourism scenic resort development and comes up with the basic theory ofRecycling-economic scenic resort based on a review of the studies andpractices of the Recycling Economy theory. The theory ofRecycling-economic scenic resort is based on the Recycling Economytheory and is the result of applying the Recycling Economy theory and thethoughts on sustainable development to the tourism scenic resort. It is aimedto reduce or even eliminate the adverse impact, whether directly or indirectly,on the resource and environment by participants of the tourism scenic resortand to ultimately achieve sustainable development.The thesis focuses mainly on tourism scenic resort, proposes thenecessity and urgency of construct the Recycling-economic scenic resort onthe basic of analyses the present situation of resource using and environmentprotection and adopts theory of Recycling Economy. It builds the promotemechanism through analysis the positive and negative factors between thebenefit correlations of the Recycling-economic scenic resort. It puts forwardthe concrete technical application of the Recycling-economic scenic resortthrough the whole process with the analysis of recycling economy's coretechnologies, and discuses the correlate supportive system which thedevelopment of the Recycling-economic scenic resort need. At last, it makesthe Huangshan Resort and Xiedao Natural Resort as cases to support thetheory of recycling-economic scenic resort. The object of this thesis is tohelp guide or suggest the practice of construction of the recycling-economicscenic resort of our country.
