In Guizhou Province, Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprises, The Problem Of Financing Research

In Guizhou province, the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprise has developed rapidly since the reform and open policy, which has become important to the Guizhou Province economy development. It plays an important role in establishing and improving market economy system increasing employment stabling society promoting tax revenue or technical innovation and so on. But, as a result of the history and geography, the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprise still faced many questions in their developing process. In which the difficulty of finance is a serious problem that have already became "the bottleneck" in the development of middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprise. So, construct the suitable financing system and alleviate the financing difficult position of our province' s middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprise has become an important question which the government and the multitudinous scholar urgently await to be solved.This article has first explained the existence of middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises from the perspective of economics, limited the scope of the middle and small nongovernmental enterprise, explained relative concepts about enterprise financing and summarized domestic and foreign enterprise financing related theories such as the MM theory, the Measured Theory, Information Asymmetry. then, analyzed the important role and main problems of middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises of our province in national economy .At the same time elaborated its financing status-quo from three aspects, e. g. those enterprises themselves in our province, financial organ in our province and its support on middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises, and guarantee system of our province. Meanwhile, the characteristic of financing difficult of middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises in our provinces is analyzed from two aspects of enterprise' s endogene and extraneous financing, and the subjective and objective reasons about financing difficult are discussed from the perspectives of financial system and the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises themselves. As to credit difficult of the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises in our province, this paper also analyzed the transaction behavior between these enterprises and banks from the two aspects separately under the condition of information dissymmetry and points out the underlying causes of indirect financing difficult of the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises. Next, on the basis of evaluating the efficiency of various financing methods, this article fully profits from the advanced financing patterns of other developed countries and regions, and puts forward that the point is to solve the problem of financing difficult of the middle and small-size nongovernmental enterprises in our province. Finally, the present article brings forward the countermeasures and suggestions to alleviate financing difficult of the middle and small-size privately operated enterprises in our province from the perspectives of external environment and self-construction of these enterprises themselves.In the article, it unifies the financing theory of middle and small nongovernmental enterprise with the actual situation of Guizhou Province' s middle and small nongovernmental enterprise; it researches the financing question of the Guizhou Province' s middle and small nongovernmental enterprise using the theoretical model; it also proposed the middle and small nongovernmental enterprise' s financing system which is suitable to the Guizhou Province' s situation. All of those are the innovation of this article. At last, I propose my own opinion which is about the Guizhou Province' s middle and small nongovernmental enterprise' s financing question.
