On The Gt Group's Technology Innovation Strategy

As the sub-strategy of overall strategy of an enterprise, technological innovation strategy is of great significance to the enterprise development and market competition.Based on the strategic objective of Jiuda Group that aims at doing pioneer work for the second time, to forge an enterprise worth scores of billions and to realize a leaping development and in combination with the domestic and international situation, the author applies"SWOT"analysis etc. to analyze the opportunity and challenges facing Jiuda Group.Through analysis on the history and current situation of salt industry both home and abroad and in combination with the objectives set by the 11th"Five-Year Plan"and Notice of Instructions of Restructuring the Salt Industry promulgated by the State Development and Reform Commission (Document No. Fa Gai Gongye[2006]605), this paper has found theoretical basis for the formulation of technological innovation strategy.Then, proceeding from the orientation, idea and objective of the state, the industry and the enterprise, the author elaborates key factors in technological innovation, namely, innovation system, capability construction, construction of mechanism and system, sci-tech investment, talent construction, integration production with study and research, high standard, guiding the industry development, going all out to form key technology, promoting restructuring and upgrading of products and strengthening the protection of intellectual property right. A step-by-step, definitely and specifically targeted, scientific, pragmatic and maneuverable technological innovation strategy of Jiuda Group is formulated. By attempting to improve the technological innovation capability of enterprise and with such strategies as"cost","differentia"and"centralization", core competitiveness of the enterprise is enhanced. Technological innovation strategy and overall strategy is really reciprocally supported.This paper is of great importance in promoting the implementation of leaping development strategy of"Secondary Pioneering"and has a far-reaching and active influence in promoting salt industry in China to catch up with and surpass the advanced world level.
