Nowadays, it comes into the times that attach importance to the effect and value of humanself. How to improve the diathesis of workingman, empolder human resources, and take full advantage of the brightness faculty and creativity of human, is a strategical question in the increasingly dog-eat-dog environment today. The competition between enterprises is a competition of human resources. How to estimate person with ability, how to exhume the human we need, and how to find who is the best to the work, all have become problems facing the enterprises. The knowledge can be seen about by exams, while potential can be evaluated only through human resources assessment.Human resources assessment is a management that measure human's konwledge level, work capability, character and develop potential by using scientific technique. It through a series of techno-means measure externally the basal diathesis of human, and understanding and estimate it roundly according to the station and organization character of enterprises, thus can provide important reference for employing, selecting and training human resources.Enterprises-manager diathesis assessment is one of the important contents of human resources assessment research lately. Along with the competition between enterprises pricking up today, it needs a mass of managers who have both virtue-ability and hold a post urgently. It urged more and more enterprises to have though much of enterprises-managers diathesis assessment too.This paper chooses the practise of human resources assessment in a state enterprise, uses correlative theories to research the whole process of the assessment project's design, analyzes the actuality of enterprises-managers diathesis assessment and summarize correlative experience, and wants to find a way suit for our enterprises to choose and manage person with ability.The main content of this paper is made up of five parts: The first part introduces the basic status of the enterprise(company ZT) carrying through this assessment, including holistic status, develop actuality and middle managers'status. And it demonstrated briefly the necessity of middle manager diathesis assessment.The second part introduces theories and means about diathesis and diathesis assessment, it offers theories for the flowing parts.The third part is the core part of this paper. This part designs the project of middle manager diathesis assessment in company ZT. It sets forth the details of the process of the project, and uses the theories in the 2nd part to analyze the design process deeply.The fourth part is a core part too. This part describes the implementation process of the project in detail, it bring into effect of the project in the 3rd part. This part also introduces the exertion of the effect of this project. It is the ultimately motive too.The fifth part analyzes and estimates the project. It is an important part of this paper yet. This part estimates the effect of this project based on the careful analyze of design and implementation process of this project, and summarizes redeeming features and issues in it. In addition, this part expatiates some sentiment and revelation of author, points out some mistake about manager diathesis assessment today and some problems in human resources assessment should pay attention to.
