The current competitive environment in the China Telecommunication has been formed. In the future, the enterprises, in the market of the telecommunication, in China, will be variety, not only running by state- owned enterprises, but by other enterprises including non-state-owned enterprises, such as local companies which operation realm is local. The competition in telecommunication will more be under the rules of free market. Innovation will be the main stream and the important motility. How Chongqing Telecom takes advantage in the future is a strategic problem.The innovation of the services of Chongqing Telecom is the important source of taking advantages. Innovation includes a variety of detailed innovations, such as innovation of brands, innovation of managements and innovation of marketing.The thesis is a attempt to find the outlet of innovation of Chongqing. The thesis is consist of four parts.The chapter 1 demonstrates the definitions of products provided by Telecom ,and the problems at present of Chongqing Telecom.The chapter 2 is a analysis of the emergency of innovation of Chongqing Telecom, which including the strengthens, weaknesses, opportunities, and threatens. And the conclusion of this chapter is that innovation is a way of success in the future.The chapter 3 demonstrates that the innovation strategy of products in Chongqing Telecom, that includes production, management, marketing and brand.The chapter 4 demonstrates the a variety of risk in the future. In the light of the characteristics of Telecom, the thesis provided a strategy of achieving the advantage in the future competition. The contribution of the thesis is to provide a new way of thinking about the reform and the development in the Telecom. The thesis is also a study of innovation in telecommunication enterprises.
