Suguo Supermarket Food Safety Management System

Food safety is an important issue involving the public health. In recent years, withpeople's health consciousness constantly enhancing and food safe event frequentlyhappening, the issue of food safety has become the focus of people's attention day by day.At present, as the last part of food consumption, supermarket plays an important role ofensuring food safety. Therefore, supermarket should construct food safety managementsystem to ensure food safety. This paper analyses the concept, theory and pattern of thefood safety management system systemically and constructs SUGUO supermarket's foodsafety management system based on PDCA circle according to the concrete status ofSUGUO supermarket and ISO22000 criterion. Then, constructs the evaluation indexsystem of supermarket's food safety management system validity, uses the analytichierarchy process and the fuzzy synthetic evaluation to evaluate the validity of SUGUOsupermarket's food safety management system; At last, surveys and evaluates the customersatisfaction of SUGUO supermarket, and puts forward the countermeasure and advice ofimproving the validity of food safety management system. It has the reference meaning forthe food safety management of supermarket in some extent.
