"The twelfth five-year plan" of modern service industry of Hebei states clearly that developing chain operation mode and other modern circulation, popularizing the supermarket, convenience stores, devoted, supporting large circulation enterprises to develop all kinds of acquisitions and joint restructuring, realizing chain operation. In the fierce competition,a batch of modern enterprises of our province improve their service level continuously and gain a good reputation gradually. However, some enterprises’ quality management is not high and social reputation is very poor. At present, the chain supermarket industry of our province is lack of effective social evaluation and guide mechanism, which will restrict the development of high quality, scale, brand of chain supermarket, therefore, building customer satisfaction assessment model of chain supermarket industry of our province is significant to promoting the modernization and high quality of retail trade and promoting the growth of consumption demand.Starting from the basic theory of customer satisfaction and unascertained mathematics theory, the article first discusses the research significance of customer satisfaction assessment of supermarket chain in Hebei province, the present situation of the research at home and abroad and the common customer satisfaction evaluation model, and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of each model respectively;Second, combined with the actual situation of supermarket chain industry in Hebei province, the article builds the evaluation index system of customer satisfaction of supermarket chain industry in Hebei province and introduces unascertained mathematics theory to it; Finally, through the investigation of M chain supermarket in Hebei, the article will introduce survey data to the unascertained evaluation model and evaluate it, and get evaluation results. For reference to it and combined with actual situation of supermarket chain in Hebei province, the article puts forward the homologous development strategy from the perspective of enterprise, trade associations and the government.
