China Footwear Regional Transfer Path Selection Research

The industrial transfer is the way of the productive forces space transfer,not only promotes the developed area industrial structure promotion and is the intrinsic need of speeds up itself economical development, also is the formidable external force which the developing area realized to the surmount development. Beyond all doubt,it is a basic way of reduces the disparity with the developed local and realizes the economy coordinated development to the developing area that creates the condition positively to continue the industrial transfer from developed area.In recent years, the coastal shoes owning highly the clusters superiority is continually transfer to the developing mid-west area in our country. Facing the major tendency of "Shoes movement from east to west", many provinces, such as Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Henan, Hebei, Hunan and so on, formulated a series of investment policies, planned and constructed all kind of shoes industry garden, and expressed the unprecedented enthusiasm to the shoes industry transfer. But at present, the main coastal shoes transfer concentrated in three provinces of Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi.Such practice result, we can not help but have a theoretical explanation for the desire strongly: Why into concentrated in these three provinces of Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi? What are the factors which determine our shoes regional transfer paths? I read a lot of related industries theory, and found that the existence of a common theory: namely basic industries are transferred from the regional perspective, regional industries expounded the reasons for the transfer, the transfer of industries, such as the mechanism driving problems. Indeed, the causes and dynamic mechanism of the industrial transfer is an important theoretical basis on research of the phenomenon of the transfer and is the premise of research of other related problems. But they were unable to clearly outline the integrity paths of the regional industry transfer which for the vast underdeveloped central and western regions more strategic significance. Therefore, this paper attempts to change perspective, mainly from the perspective of the object areas of industrial transfer, the same time, comprehensive analyses to the regional impact of industrial clusters transfer path of a variety of factors on the basis of combine the transfer region with the transfer object region, in order to compensate for the inadequacies of the existing theories, and the central and western regions of China to undertake labor-intensive industries provide a theoretical basis.Based on the results from previous work,this article try to build the theoretical framework which factors affecting the path selection of a regional industry cluster transfer, and proposed the five factors of affecting regional industry cluster routing transfer, that is: factor endowments, related and auxiliary industries situation, the government behavior, and competition and cooperation within the cluster. And further through the establishment of 20 indicators to refine four factors, we will make comprehensive analysis for major Chinese shoes cluster development potential of Wenzhou, Quanzhou, Dongguan, Chongqing, Chengdu and so on. On the basis, we generalized China's major shoes clusters status and carried on the analysis and concluded the transfer path selection between clusters.
