Enterprise Clusters In Central China-based Regional Economic Growth

Nowadays, the characteristic of regionalization of economic development is very obvious. The regional economy will play an increasingly important role in adjusting the strategic of economic structure and developing by leaps and bounds. The clusters which flourished with distinct regional characteristics have an enormous impact on the development of the regional economy and the global economy.This paper is based on a systematic review of collaborative innovation theory, enterprise cluster theory and regional economic theory, and analyses the regional economic growth of China and enterprise development status. Compared our country with foreigns', this point that clusters can promote regional economic development can be certain after the analysis typical cases which promote regional clusters of China's economic growth in the Middle Region.To make the study more comprehensive, then we are on the basis of checking the index system of the existing clusters measurement, and establish the evaluation index system based on the technology gather degree and size gather degree. It is easy to collect the data, easy to calculate, and easy to analyse the results. What more, a model for measuring the enterprises gather degree is established.In order to test the validity of the model, we apply it to enterprises cluster and empirical analysis of interaction between economic growths of the middle six provinces. By the mathematical analysis, the empirical analysis reaffirmed the point that clusters can promote regional economic growth and the model is tested.We not only confirmed the clusters and the interaction between the region's economic growth, but also found that innovate ability in a business cluster has become the determining factor of regional economic which gains competitive advantages. Therefore, we propose that the building innovative clusters coordinate system can significantly improve the innovation capacity, promote regional economic growth and enhance the fundamental way of the regional competitive. Then, we do the policy research of the coordinate innovative clusters in the middle part of China, and make a detailed description of constructing Hunan's system, in order to provide decision support to the government departmentsThis paper is a new attempt to promote regional economic growth clusters in practice areas. On the basis of technological and scale gather degree indexes in the middle six provinces, we analyse the interaction between technological gather ,scale gather and the region's economic growth by the logical data processing of a theoretical model. It affirmed this point that the clusters can promote regional economic growth. In addition, through the establishment of a regional innovation system, the "four main cooperative model" could be implemented. It certified the feasibility of the regional innovation system cluster coordination in promoting regional economic growth and developing clusters.But in the meantime, there are shortcomings in the coordination innovation system, in particular, it should be emphasized that in collaborative innovation system, it is crucial to get rid of understanding the role of the funds available from the past, and to strengthen the government for the coordination clusters service functions. The government in the role of collaborative innovation system and positioning issues will be further discussed.
