The capital operation of private enterprisesis a critical measure to improve the entire competitive advantage of theenterprises, which gradually arose in the process of the reform in marketand financial system. At present, some private enterprises haveaccomplished dramatic growth through successful capital operation;others are facing financial difficulties due to wrong capital operation.The paper analyzes the present status of capital operation innational enterprises by use of some relative theories regarding theenterprises' capital operation. Meanwhile, it illustrates that the troubles,disturbing the capital operation of private enterprises, mostly originatefrom the national capital market, financial system as well as the innerdefects of private enterprises. After having analyzed the reasons, thepaper put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.To improve the efficiency of capital operation, the private enterprisesshould establish the market system with different levels and highefficiency. Furthermore, the financial system to uphold the privateenterprises should be set up. And a modem property rights systemshould be formed to make the ownership, the right and responsibilityclear and definite. At the same time, private enterprises should improvetheir own qualities.
