They only analyze the linear relationship amongthe variables when they research the influencing factors and neglectanalyzing the validity of the model and researching relativity of thevariables.This essay will focus on board management theories in and out ofthe country. At last buildrelationship model between the board efficiency and antecedent causesaccording to evaluating factors.
