The corporation governance structure is the basis of the modern enterprise system. And how to construct effective corporation governance structure is a work which all the global enterprises are devoting to and an important topic which they must solve, and it is also one of the main research areas of the modern enterprise theory. The enterprises' practice of various countries has proved that the effective corporation governance structure is the powerful guarantee of long-term stable development, obtaining good management achievement and then effectively maintaining the rights and interests of the owners and the operator of modern enterprises.
