At the beginning of 1960's," Strategy and Structure: Chapters in the History of the American Industrial Enterprise" written by Alfred Chandler, an American management Guru, was regarded as the beginning of enterprise strategy question research. Chandler has analyzed the relation among environment, strategy and organization, and proposed "the structure follows the strategy", which means that enterprise manage strategy should adapt to circumstance and satisfy market demand, and organizational structure must adapt to enterprise strategy, changing along with the strategic change. Classical enterprise strategy is essentially an adaptation process of an organization to its environment as well as from that the organization internal structure changes process which brings. Thus, on the aspect of strategic implementation, enterprise organizational structure must adapt with the enterprise strategy.Since 1990s, the information technology developed fast, which has caused the competition environment to be complex day by day, and the variation rate, is extremely quick and uncertain. Look at the paradigm from the strategic management, the paradigm of balance and definition has been replaced by unbalance and uncertainty gradually. Regardless of "the plan school of thought", "the design school of thought", or "the structure school of thought", there is only one supposition premise, namely the external environment is predictable or basically predictable. Therefore, the key point of formulation strategy is analysis and inference, and basically grasping strategic direction is possible through analysis, experience and insight. Under the indefinite environment, possibility of the strategic success also is limited, and the enterprise needs to undertake the huge risk. After first part of introduction simple introduction research goal and significance, mentality and method, the second part of the paper first analyzes the uncertainty characteristic of enterprise environment, makes a discussion on the enterprise external environment uncertainty origin, discusses the indefinite environment simply to the enterprise strategy formulation and implementation request. Then according to uncertain degree increasing progressively classified it into four levels: The definite environment, the risk environment, the fuzzy environment and the chaos environment.The third part analyzes the multidivisional strategy. Introduced the multiplex concept firstly, then the evolves to the multidivisional strategy logic from the MM theory, the coordination effect theory, the scope-economic efficiency, the transaction cost theory, the core-competence theory, and briefly analyzes the management environment and the organization operation. For easier empirical analysis, according to the enterprise entropy carries on the classification to the enterprise multidivisional strategy: Low status multidivisional, medium multidivisional, high multidivisional. This chapter also makes the simple introduction to the multidivisional strategy compatibility and the Chinese Enterprise multiplication strategy development.The fourth part discusses characteristic of U, H, the M type of organizational structure, and makes a comparison; Discussed two viewpoints which between the strategy and the organizational structure relates "the structure follows the strategy" and "the strategy follows the structure", and makes the summary to Chandler's " the structure follows the strategy ", obtains the classics conclusion between the strategy and the organizational structure relations. Finally simply analyzes the best match between uncertain environment and organizational structure.The fifth part uses Taghchi Method, takes China's Public Corporations to the experimental object, makes an examination to the classical theory and other research conclusions, and on the one hand examines the related fundamental research which already has, on the other hand confirmation source in West's enterprise strategy and organization theory in China's serviceability.The sixth part is the conclusion, summarizes the paper and pointed out directions for further studies.
