| The main focus of this thesis is to discuss non-rational factors and their positive function in management. Through the reflection on the history of human spirit and management, the writer considers that rationality and non-rationality constitute the integrated human spirit. The interaction between rationality and non-rationality promotes the harmonious of life and plays significant roles in the management.
