At the age of knowledge economy,knowledge workers have become the core object of enterprise HRM (human resource management),and the key lies in the establishment of incentive system tailored to knowledge workers,to enhance their working enthusiasm,raise their sense of responsibility and professional dedication,explore and develop their creativity and potential,improve the production,transmission,application and value added of knowledge technology.The Compensation is an important means of incentive. The Compensation management is the core content of enterprise human resources management. The reasonable effective compensation system can not only effectively stimulate staff's enthusiasm and the initiative,promotes the staff to achieve the organization goal diligently,enhances the organization benefit,but also can attract and retains a staff troop their quality to be good and have the competitive power.This article has four parts of contents to discuss enterprise's compensation incentive question. In the first part, the author mainly elaborated the research background of this paper , the research significance and the domestic and foreign research summary. The second part,mainly to the compensation, the incentive connotation has carried on the discussion, summarized formerly the famous compensation,the incentive theory,and has carried on the analysis to the compensation incentive function. The third part,discussed the theory rationale of compensation incentive,the existent problems of the current salary system of SNT are discussed. And why the current salary system lacks inspiration is analyzed. the Fourth part,according to enterprise's special details and strategic salary drive request,Performs to enterprise's salary system to improve , Establishment knowledge staff's achievements examination and critiquetarget system.
