With the development of Power Market and the reform on electric industry, the position of supply and demand on electric changes greatly, and power market has changed from seller's market to buy's one at many region. Power enterprises is faced to the problem that how to open and occupy the market, which can make power enterprises survive and develop under competition circumstances, and bring larger function in national economy structure. So the most important work of power enterprise is to realize present marketing information and adopt good market strategy. Marketing in electric power market has become a research project absorbing much attention and urgent affairs of electric industry sustain-able development.During the deepening of power institutional reform, marketing of power enterprise is the shoulder heavy responsibilities. In order to win larger market, power enterprise must be guided by market demand, deepen basic establishment rebuild, provide best service, and innovate and develop lastingly.This paper presents the theory of the power marketing, comparing the difference from the power marketing to others, the environment of our society, and provides the strategy and solution for Power Company.Based on the idea of the comparing the data with the same period, I have done lots of research of power market in DeYang city. Combining the situation of this city and historic data, I predicate the demands of power marketing in DeYang city. I provide the marketing strategy and the solution as well in this paper. Then I introduce a very promising idea-the management of the demanding part of the power marketing.The main idea of this paper based on the practice. The process of systematic analysis focuses on both theories and practices, especially concentrating on the effectiveness and pertinence in the real world .It presents the basis to the decision and implementing scheme for the establishment and development of power marketing and also a real solution to the problems in DeYang city.
