Technological Innovation, Research, And Economic Growth

Joseph.Schumpeter proposed the concept of"technology innovation"in "Theory of Economic Development" in 1912,We see new research popping up across the"technology innovation".Schumpeter studied the intrinsic mechanism that the technical innovation promoted the economy grow systematically,and regarded the technology innovation as the core of economic growth.Afterwards, the OECD further explicitly proposed the technical innovation must be transformed as the reality productive forces, provides the source power for the economical development.This article firstly analysed the situation of economy and technical innovation development to the Jiangsu in the last few years, then we made an empirical analysis between them two. and then measured the contribution ratio of each essential factor.The analysis indicated:since reforming and opening up,the Jiangsu economy is maintaining the fast growth, this kind of high speed growth mainly does not depend on the technical innovation actuation, but depends on the massive funds investment and the resources consumption stimulation.This kind of economical growth pattern intensified inevitably the resources waste and the resources restraint,which causes the ecological environment worsening. The practice indicated that, this kind of extension, the extension growth way is difficult to maintain.Therefore, if we want to continue to maintain the Jiangsu economy steady and fast,we must change the situation of resources bottleneck restraint and ecological environment worsening.strengthening the technical innovation can realize the economy to transform from the essential factor actuation to the innovation actuation, from the extensive type to the intensive,from the extension to connotation.In order to maintain the Jiangsu economy develop steadily and quickly,Jiangsu must strengthening the independent innovation ability.The technical innovation is the basic power which the Jiangsu economy grows, which is the important approach to transform the economical growth way.From a long term,regardless of quantity or quality expansion the economic growth all rely on the innovation.In the end,the article provides the countermeasures about how Jiangsu implement the technology innovation better.
