Study Of China's Securities Market Regulatory Issues

In the whole financial market, market has the largest risk, which needs regulation most. China securities market has established for only ten more years and it encounters many problems. We should study the problems of the market supervision deeply and propose solutions.First, on the historical background of the country's overall situation and opening reform, this paper demonstrates the specialty and seriousness of the market failure and regulatory failure in the China's securities market. China's securities market lacks supervision and market discipline needs to be strengthened urgently, which has a serious impact on our country's healthy development. It demonstrates the necessity of strict monitoring and operation of the securities market for government. Then with the comparison between different monitoring systems, this paper holds that the design of a new system of securities regulation can access the market management model gradually only in the incremental reform. The securities market should carry out combination of central and local governments and the self-regulation of the market. At last, by analyzing the practice of the securities market, this paper discusses the existent problems in the process of China's security market supervision, such as the unsystematic law, the wrong functions of regulators, the untrue information, and ineffective supervision.
