The most important thing is core competition capability which decided by the strategy and decision which the company make is right or not. However planning of the strategy and setting of the goal is not the whole, but is more related to specific working performance of employees. Therefore, a firm can fire employees into working emotion and innovation and explore their capabilities in order to establish a high efficient work team by means of working performance evaluationFounded in the days of the planned economy transforming to the market economy of China, Runhua Group co., ltd has been a large-sized corporation which business scope includes automobile service, phaumastic and real estate after more than ten years growth.In the present, market competition day by day intense, more and more competitor enter into the industry which Runhua deal with. It is a big problem for Runhua to win the competition and keep persistent growth of the company. Therefore, fulfill the Performance Management to keep the productivity of every employer in the Runhua is key factor for the company to win the market competition. The article research the Performance Management System of the companyThe article uses the theoretical and analysis and the real diagnosis analysis unifies the method which overall analysis drawn game department analysis unifies. Based on the survey, the article research the foundation, development, experiences and problem of the Performance Management System of the Runhua.
