China Commercial Bank Risk And Prevention Of The Development Of Foreign Exchange Business

Foreign business develops comparatively fast after the open and reform policy affected, but the development of which is different, as a whole, the level of its development is low. When developing foreign business, china's commercial banks will encounter many foreign business risks, foreign business risks are not only more complicated than RMB business risks, but also will be complicated with further open of China's bank market after the china's entrance to WTO. In the new situation, how to prevent the risks of foreign business is an academic and practical question relating to the development of foreign business of china's commercial banks. On the basis of practical and theoretical analysis, this dissertation not only researches the risks and their causes of developing foreign business of China's commercial banks, but also points out how to establish the framework of prevention from risks of china's commercial banks, after learning from the international advanced risk management theory and concept.The dissertation is composed of five main parts.
